Quail Creek Connection Quail Crossing Blvd Extension Phase 2, Sahuarita, AZ

The project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for roadway and drainage improvements described in the project plans. Contract shall consist of, but not be limited to, improvements of Quail Crossing Boulevard from Nogales Hwy to Old Nogales Hwy. The project consists of continuing the extension of Quail Crossing Blvd 0.97 miles to the south and east from the Llano Grande Trail Head to Old Nogales Hwy, including additional improvements along the 0.76 miles of the existing Quail Crossing Blvd corridor from Nogales Hwy to the Llano Grande Trail Head. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: rural two-lane roadway, bridge, multi-use AC path, sidewalk, drainage improvements, landscaping, traffic signal improvements, pavement markings and signing, and other related incidental work.
