ELS Construction is seeking subcontractors for construction at Liv & Bee Sweets, 1,200 SF locagted at 3414 Business Center Drive #130, Pearland, TX for the following trades; Final Clean, Saw Cutting & Concrete Pour-Back, Stainless Steel Panels, Steel Fabrication, Millwork, FRP, Waterproofing, Roof Penetrations, Doors & Hardware, Drywall, ACT, Tile Flooring, Painting, Toilet Accessories, Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood & Equipment Installation, Furniture Installation, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical & Fire Sprinkler.
