Description
The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the complete and satisfactory performance of boiler, furnace, direct digital controls (DDC), and HVAC maintenance. Qualified service technicians in accordance with all applicable codes shall perform all work. The contractor shall be expected to perform preventive and emergency maintenance service at such facilities as office buildings, schools and garages, and a water treatment plant. Maintenance services will include a preventive maintenance schedule, routine maintenance management system and energy conservation measures that reduce consumption of energy for the Town of Danvers. This is a 3 year contract. Bonds and prevailing wages
