Description
The City of New Rochelle is requesting proposals to furnish and install nonproprietary Fire
Alarm System at Fire Station #2, 170 Webster Ave. The station was renovated in 2017. At the time of renovation a local building fire alarm was installed. Existing system has smoke heads and pull stations throughout the building. The fire alarm control panel is a Potter IPA 60 adjustable installed in 2017 and is not monitored by a central station. Project will be to bring the existing alarm system up to code and NFPA 72 standards and have system monitored by a central station. We have obtained PCR #2021006478 for this project. The awarded contractor must agree to complete all required work within 30- 45 days of notification of award. Bonds
