Description
The work to be performed under this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment for a Job Order Contract. The Airport JOCs is placed with a Contractor for the accomplishment of repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation of buildings, structures, or other real property of County of Sacramento Department of Airports maintained and/or occupied facilities. The term of the JOC will be for 365 calendar days or expenditure of the Maximum Contract Amount of the Contract, whichever occurs first.
