Description
The Aspen Pitkin County Airport is seeking qualified proposers for the removal of the existing elevator and installation of a new elevator at the Airport Operations Center. Aspen Pitkin County Airport will also accept and review bid alternates for ongoing service and maintenance of the elevator upon commissioning of the unit. The proposer shall provide an approach plan, schedule, and pricing for the removal and disposal of the existing unit and hardware, including the full installation of a new unit as described in the project documents. If proposers feel that parts may be salvaged to reduce overall replacement costs, please propose this approach as an add-alternate to your base bid. Insurance and Performance Bond. Substantial completion by 10/5/21.
