Description
East Broncos Parkway to East Arapahoe Road. The work performed under this contract generally consists of construction of trail along the south side of Lone Tree Creek from Broncos Parkway on the south to East Arapahoe Road on the north. The project includes the demolition of existing trail, curb and gutter, pavement, structures, riprap, and trees. Proposed improvements include earthwork, grading, concrete and asphalt pavement installations, crusher fines trail, sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, retaining walls, signing and striping, storm sewer infrastructure, seed placement, temporary traffic control, and temporary/permanent stormwater management BMPs.
