Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, NAICS Code: 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This project involves replacing three existing dedicated exhaust fan-filter units on the emergency department roof and repairing affected roof area as required. The existing fans each serve a unique area: EF-80 serves BG42 Waiting Room; EF-81 serves BG 45 Isolation Room; EF-82 serves BG 78 isolation room. All three exhaust fans have integral filter boxes, which along with the fan assembly is mounted on a single frame. The fans are approximately 18 years; the new units will have redundant fans and high efficiency filtration to align with the most current VA directives and support the Emergency Department s pandemic response postures. The existing built-up roofing system is approximately 18 years old, includes an insulation system. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply
