Description
Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. A qualified contractor must sawcut a section of asphalt (approximately 100 linear feet). The contractor then shall excavate near manhole #1 to expose the existing 4” pipe to provide and install a new fitting and remove the remaining pipe from the manhole. Contractor shall seal the manhole penetration and excavate a trench in the dirt approximate 160 linear feet toward the asphalt excavation area. Contractor will properly re-route the pipe from manhole #1 to manhole #3 which is approximately 240’ away. New cast iron piping shall be installed from manhole #1 to manhole #3 and terminate the piping in the manhole with proper tapping and seal the penetration. After inspection they will then backfill, grade, and repair the section of asphalt. Perform CCTV inspection. Bonds, insurance & prevailing wages apply.
