Description
The purpose of this project is to extend public water and water mains to the existing maintenance building to switch the building service from a private well and pump station to public water and sewer service. Estimated quantities are 1,680 linear feet of 8” ductile iron waterline with associated appurtenances, 1,368 linear feet of 8” PVC sewerline, 6 manholes, and associated connections. All disturbed areas to be restored and a satisfactory stand of grass obtained. The approximate disturbed acreage is 1.61 acres. All Rockingham County Erosion and Sedimentation requirements shall be met including obtaining any required permits. Q&A due 5 days prior to bid.
