Description
Southside and Westover Substations involve the installation of two new outdoor type 69 – 12.5 kV substation transformers to replace the existing transformer and metalclad switchgear. It also includes the addition, modification, and/or replacement of some 69 kV breakers, any old 69 kV GOAB switches, all 69 kV lightning arresters, all 69 kV VTs, and all relaying. A new control house and 125 VDC battery and charger will be installed at each substation. Q&A due by 9/8/21. Bonds required.
