Description
Work includes the replacement of the Digital Messaging Signs (DMS) nearing end of useful life and add new DMS sign locations for signs not originally constructed. Design and construction of new fiber infrastructure to support each of these DMS signs independently, and not in a series configuration. Computer control network modifications will be necessary to support these DMS signs replacement, DMS sign additions, and new fiber
