SWaM Contractors for Renovation, Replacement & General Construction Projects, Williamsburg & Gloucester Point, VA

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to obtain Statement of Qualifications from interested Small, Women, and Minority Owned (SWaM) Contractors in order to select a list of up to ten (10) Contractors that are pre- qualified to bid on various construction projects on the campus of William and Mary (W&M), Williamsburg, Virginia, and Virginia Institute of Marine Science (VIMS) at Gloucester Point, Virginia. This RFQ is for 2 years from the contract issuance date. At the completion of the two year period, W&M will re-solicit SWaM contractors to submit their qualifications and a new list will be established. The scope of work may include, but not necessarily limited to the following types of projects: Interior Renovations; Building System Repair, Demolition, Extension and/or Replacement; and Exterior Envelope Repairs/Replacement. Bonds required.
