Description
The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to obtain from interested bidders their applications for prequalification so that the city may establish a list of bidders prequalified to submit bids for the construction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant – Division 48 Sludge Thickening and Dewatering Facility Improvements. The project includes the replacement and/or installation of centrifuges, pumps, conveyors, polymer systems, electrical systems, instrumentation and controls, HVAC equipment, plumbing, and architectural items. the project also includes site work for drainage and new access roads, and the installation of a new masonry building, a new metal building, and a new large outdoor enclosure. MBE GFE required. Bonds required.
