Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Brick Façade Repair - Walker Building at Tidewater Community College, Norfolk Campus, Project Code # 260-A9260-081 (MR20032) located in Norfolk, VA. The project is generally described as follows: Installation of a protective and work scaffold, Removal of the brick at the column locations on the Freemason St side of the building; Repair of the structural steel at those locations; Replacement of the brick veneer where it was removed; Sealing joints in the cornice; and Shoring of the severely damaged structure above the basement. Bonds required.
