It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for a new modular building, outfitted with tenant improvements-to-suit; capable of delivering service for a minimum of a ten-year period on a site owned by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) and occupied by the CDFW, South Coast Region (SCR) 5 Fillmore Office. With this intent, SCR 5 is requesting to provide comparable building types, building materials, site improvements, etc., as those outlined below. Reasonable allowance will be made for alternate materials and methods of construction. However, any alternates will require final approval from the State. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
