Remove and Replace Locks and Rekey Police Holding Facility, Mesa, AZ

Description
Remove and replace a total of (3) Southern Steel electro-mechanical, (23) Southern Steel mechanical detention locks, (2) R & R Brink locks, and replace with current production locks all keyed to a new key code. The existing Southern Steel mechanical locks are installed on mount plates using rivets, these rivets will need to be removed and replaced with security screws. Once removed, all locks will be given to facilities maintenance personnel. Work will be performed on a mutually agreed upon schedule.
