Description
The work to be performed consists of, Construct a new construction 1750 square foot veterinary facility for California Living Museum and Oiled Wildlife Care Network. Grading, slab on grade, wood framing, composition roof, siding, mechanical, electrical, plumbing. Site work includes connections to existing septic, electrical, water, and concrete work. All work must be completed within one hundred sixty (160) consecutive calendar days. Time is of the essence. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
