Description
Major components of Project Work consist of roof demolition by a C-39 Subcontractor, dry rot repairs to substrate including possible structural members, roof installation, electrical raceways, wiring, lifting and reinstalling roof-mounted mechanical and exhaust fans, installing gutters and downspouts, mitigating lead paint, asbestos and mold in areas of work, and other related work. Contractor to certify materials are available and deliverable prior to commencement of demolition. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Term is 668 days.
