Description
The work of this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to removal and replacement of approximately 8,800 linear feet of water mains on Ambrose St, Argyle St, Avon St, Bay Rd, Beverly St, Clinton Rd, Ellerton St, Jackson St, Lawrence Rd, Leonard Rd, Loring Rd, Pomona St, Sears St, Sweeney Ave, and York St, including furnishing and installing hydrants, water services, valves, fittings; temporary water supply during construction; connections to the existing system; pavement replacement; and all appurtenances and incidental work necessary to complete this Contract. The Contract Time for the Base Bid shall be a total of one hundred and five (105) calendar days, excluding final trench paving, commencing seven (7) days following the effective date of the Agreement. All construction activities necessary to fully complete the work shall be executed within ninety (90) consecutive calendar days. Bonds and prevailing wages
