The Project consists of: Miscellaneous repair and replacement of decayed material on the exterior of the building including wood trim, windows, and wood shingle siding, replacement of an existing reproduction carved wood column at the Front Porch, replacement of the existing wood shingle roofing at the 1866 Gridley J.F. Bryant Wing (west wing), structural repairs, repointing and reconstruction of existing masonry, and reconstruction and installation of previously existing rooftop balustrades.
