Description
Project scope includes but is not limited to the relocation, refurbishment &
installation of (7) seven (e) 24’x40’ portable classroom buildings from Fairbanks ES to Regency
Park ES, to be placed on new wood crib foundations, construction of (7) seven pre-engineered
ramps/landings, utility connections to (1) one 12’x40’ leased portable restroom building, and
associated site work including a new parking lot, landscaping, lighting, fences and gates as
shown in the project documents and as required for a complete and operational project. Work
to be performed during normal business hours. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
