Description
This is an Agreement in which the Contractor shall perform Concrete Crushing Services. The Contractor will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rate specified on Exhibit B-1, Rate Sheet; which shall include all labor, travel and per diem, materials, non-consumable supplies, transportation, equipment and every other item of expense necessary, to provide the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Institutions listed in Exhibit E, List of Participating Institution. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Term is through 12/31/23. Questions due 8/16/21
