Description
Contractor shall provide an on-call, as-needed, or emergency basis all labor, materials,
tools, equipment, and incidentals maintain eight (8) HVAC systems for Grizzly Island
Wildlife Area (GIWA) and two (2) units at Napa-Sonoma Marshes Wildlife Area (NSMWA)
Complex and other miscellaneous work. This contract will provide for maintenance and repair of units to function properly. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
