Description
Contractor to furnish all labor, supervision, material, parts, tools and equipment (including qualified operators) to provide as needed commercial plumbing services. Services to include, but are not limited to, routine to emergency repair, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Duration of contract is 9/1/2021 through 08/31/2022 with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms. Erie Community College intends to award this bid within two weeks of bid opening date.
