Town Hall Roof Project, Virgil, NY

The Town of Virgil is inviting bids for the labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the Town Hall Roof Project. The work consists of replacing the roof of the Virgil town Hall's "original building" approximately 42 square feet (it's up to the bidder to verify the measurements), match the shingles as closely as possible to new addition, replace the eight sided roof of the Virgil Gazebo located behind Town Hall, remove all shingles, drip edge, underlayment, cap shingles, roof boots, and vents, inspect/replace any bad sheathing based on times and material, note: this will have to be approved by the Virgil Town Board upon discovery, supply and install lifetime shingles, drip edge, underlayment, ice and water shield (2) rows on the eaves, cap shingles, starter, roof boots and vents, inspection of work will be done by codes office and town board member, and contractor is responsible to remove old roof from site and do a thorough site clean-up daily.
