Description
Scope of work consists includes installing a green infrastructure demonstration facilities that include precast porous concrete paver slabs, an urban raingarden, a bioswale and overall landscaping improvements. The project will be constructed at the existing CCWA Natural Treatment Systems (NTS) building on
Freeman Rd. The Huie Foundation Parking Lot Renovations Construction Drawings – Bid Set (Construction Drawings) include base bid elements including the construction of five new precast porous concrete paver slab parking spaces, an urban raingarden, and a bioswale with associated landscaping. There is an Add Alternate shown in the Construction Drawings that includes replacement of 8 existing asphalt parking
spaces with precast porous concrete paver slabs. Bond required.
