Description
The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain competitive quotes from qualified firms to provide preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for the effective and economical operation of its Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning equipment/systems and TAC Vista / Xenta Energy Management System (EMS), and the Automated Logic EMS system. This is a Full Service/Responsibility Contract. Contractor shall provide 100% coverage for all labor, parts and equipment, and a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan for all covered equipment and emergency services. Questions due by Aug 30th @ 3:00 PM. Anticipated start date is Jan 1, 2022. Federally Funded in whole or part. There is no contract DBE goal on this project, however, Omnitrans has an overall agency DBE goal of 6.1% and any DBEs on this project will be used to satisfy the overall agency
DBE goal. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
