This project includes a full renovation of the existing building. The building will be unoccupied
during renovations. Renovation to include new mechanical system, new roofing, plumbing work,
electrical work, and new finishes throughout. The work will be substantially completed within two hundred thirty two (232)
calendar days after the date when the contract time commences to run. Insurance Required. Bonds.
