Description
Remove, Furnish, and Install 5 Ton A/C and Heating System at 325 Williams Blvd., Kenner, LA 70062. Project consists of: Removing existing air conditioning and heating equipment from building and install new American Standard (or equal) 5-ton equipment. Hang new air handler unit with unistrut threaded rod from steel purlins. Fabricate & install necessary sheet metal duct work, drain pan and heat strip. Replace duct smoke detector, wall thermostat & outdoor disconnect box. Flush system with RX-11, pressurize with nitrogen, evacuate & recharge with -410A. City of Kenner personnel will perform removal & replacement of ceiling to gain access to air handler unit. **For Appointments for view project call Susan, 504-617-1029. Insurance Required. Bonds.
