Description
The City of Oroville is seeking a licensed contractor to serve as the construction liaison for the Housing Rehabilitation Program and various City facility projects. The contractor is not an employee of the City, but an individual who enters into a contract with the City to perform inspections of the homes or City facilities, complete detailed write-ups that follow the 2019 California Building Standards for housing rehabilitation and/or City facility projects. The Contract will be for a two year period.
