Description
The new Maintenance and Warehouse building will be located adjacent to the District’s main office on George Reed Drive in San Andreas. The new building will be 9,600 SF (160’x60’) with full height interior metal partition wall between the Maintenance & Warehouse Areas. This Project is in San Andreas, California work will include earthwork, drainage improvements,
stormwater pollution prevention, underground wet utilities, concrete foundation/building pad,
asphalt paving and steel building erection as shown on drawings and specified. Imported fill will need to be hauled to the site for construction of fills required for the Project. Interior improvement and electrical are not part of this Project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
