Kaiser Permanente Sports Village Phase IV, Bakersfield, CA

The work to be performed consists in general, but not limited to, rough & fine grading, construction of at least (4) football fields with LED sports lighting, construction of concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter, HMA pavement & other roadway improvements, construction of (2) parking lots with lighting, walkway lighting & street lighting, installation of prefabricated concession building & prefabricated restroom building & fabric shade sails, installation of storm drain & sewer line improvements, removal of 8” water line & installation of new 16” ductile iron water line, installation of electrical switch gear, conduits, conductors, & various electrical appurtenances, and installation of irrigations system & landscaping. This project consists of a base bid and (4) additive alternates. The Contractor shall submit bids for the base bid and all of the additive alternates. However, the City of Bakersfield will determine the lowest bidder based on the base bid plus additive alternate 4 only. Additive alternates 1,2, & 3 may or may not be selected depending on funding availability. Project duration is 200 working days.
