Construction/Installation of Fireblast Responder Series Training Facility by General Contractor per complete drawing package. o Provide all worker (personnel) required to complete the installation. o Provide all equipment required to complete the installation, including crane, forklift, lifting equipment, ladders, welding equipment, small tools, etc. o Provide any material not specifically provided in the responsibility matrix by Fireblast. o Erect the building in accordance with the drawings. o Unload material delivered to the work site and move to the storage area. o UltraBond Floors: Provide concrete, welded wire mesh and rebar for UltraBond floors. o Exterior Walls: Provide concrete, wire mesh and rebar for exterior walls as required. o Temporary shoring: Provide temporary shore for UltraBond floors as required. Location: 110 Jones Road, Oceanside CA 92054. Time is of the essence. Work to be completed within 110 working days. Bonds required. o Provide and sheet the roof structures with fire resistant 緮 tongue and groove plywood and composition roof material on the surface. o Provide a five-year warranty on building construction from date of handover to Owner (the City).
