Description
The Project generally consists of providing necessary labor, equipment, and materials to remove an existing tree, to plant a new tree, to install a new prefabricated pre-cast concrete dual restroom unit, install a new septic tank and leaching system, install a new water line from new water meter to new restrooms, install new electrical meter and run new electrical from new main panel to new restroom. Contractor shall complete the job on / or before January 10, 2022. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
