Description
The project generally consists of the following: Construct temporary protective structure to house removed overshot waterwheel, dismantle all sections of existing cast iron & timber waterwheel for repair/replacement & reassembly, repair of existing wood shingle roof, repair of exterior finish carpentry, restoration of existing doors and windows, restoration of exterior siding, masonry foundation repair; and surface preparation & painting of historic building fabric.
