Work includes, but is not limited to 3 inlet castings, 3 inlet curb pieces, 22 LF of 12-inch HDPE storm pipe, 3,348 LF of 6" HDPE water main, 748 LF of 1" Type K Copper Water Service. 201 LF of 12" PVC Sanitary Sewer Main, 250 LF of 10" PVC Sanitary Sewer Main, 362 LF 6" PVC Sanitary Sewer Main, 228 LF 6" Sanitary Laterals, 14 PVC Cleanouts, 1,692 LF of 6"x8"x18" concrete vertical curb, 793 LF 15"x14" concrete sloping curb, 290 SY of 4-inch thick concrete sidewalk, 104 SY of 6-inch thick reinforced concrete sidewalk, 9 SY detectable warning surface, 76 SY HMA driveways, 8,875 SY of 3" or less pavement milling, 1,533 Tons of HMA surface course, 170 Tons HMA leveling course, 6 Tons of HMA base course, 445 SY HMA pavement repair, signage, pavement markings and other incidentals. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
