Specifications include, but are not limited to: Approximately 6000 sf of addition at the Anderson County Conference Center. The additions include new façade and drop off canopy along with construction of two new entrances with one main lobby entrance addition on the Northwest corner of the building consisting of two stairs and one elevator. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
