Description
The Design and Construction Management (DCM) and Public Utilities (PU) Departments are currently in the design phase for new construction: two adjacent projects located in the City of Hollywood; east of AIA between Franklin Street and Balboa Street, plus Douglas and Freedom Street, and the portions of Surf Road adjacent to these limits. The work to be accomplished under the contract includes Pre-Construction Services (Phase I) and Construction Services (Phase II) for The North Beach Utilities Underground Conversion for DCM and Hollywood Beach Utility Improvements - Phase 1A Water Main Replacement for PU. Construction Manager at Risk will be responsible for providing preconstruction and construction management services. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
