Description
The City of DeLand requires a design/build criteria package and professional services during the design/build team selection process to procure design and construction services necessary to provide renovations (field playing surface and irrigation, replace all seats with chair backs, seal existing seating bowl surface, add three additional rows of seating, new LED field lights, renovate press box, renovate concession facility, all public restrooms, new video / scoreboard, construct new pavilion, new padded fencing). Melching Field is located between Woodland Bld. and S Alabama Ave. DeLand Fl. When complete, the stadium will be used for high school and Stetson University athletic events including special sports and other activities. Bond Required. Prevailing Wages.
