Description
The Project consists of: site preparation and construction of a new 2-story, 145,850 sf school building on the site of and adjacent to the existing operating South Middle School, including site development, parking facilities, and recreation field. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) in the following category of work - General Building Construction, must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility and signed DCAMM Prime Update Statement (Form CQ 3), and must be a General Contractor Prequalified to bid the Project. Sub bids will be received until September 2, 2021 at 1:00pm. Sub trades include Masonry, Miscellaneous and Ornamental Iron, Waterproofing, Damp-proofing and Caulking, Roofing and Flashing, Glass and Glazing, Metal Windows, Acoustic Tile, Painting, Tile, Resilient Floors, Elevators (prequalification not required), Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Filed sub-bidders must be DCAMM certified for the trades listed below, bidders must include a current DCAMM Sub-Bidder Certificate of Eligibility and a signed DCAMM Sub-Bidder’s Update Statement ), and must be Prequalified to bid the filed sub-bid trade for the Project.
