The Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to necessary to add Conklin Rapid Roof 3 coating or approved equal to the approximately 17,000 square feett metal roof at 2120 E. Main St. Dorchester, SC. Work will be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days of Notice to Proceed. Insurance Required. Bonds
