Building Repair Project of Jones Park Storage Building, Dartmouth, MA

The project scope consists of masonry wall repair to Jones Park Storage Building located at 66 St. John Street, Dartmouth, MA. The general scope of the construction work is briefly described as follows: Building repairs to the Jones Park Storage Building. Remove existing doors. Remove/fill in openings in CMU wall as indicated in the drawings, for new doors and louvers. Repoint CMU walls 100% exterior and interior. Repairs to existing roof edge including installation of wood blocking with new drip edge, aluminum cladding and asphalt shingle with underlayment. Upgrade of electrical to including new main panel, lighting, switches, outlets, and security cameras. Each General Bidder must be certified by DCAMM for Prime Roofing and Flashing for the dollar amount equal to or greater than their bid for this project. General Bidders are to be DCAMM certified in General Construction and/or Masonry. The Awarded Contractor shall be the General Contractor.
