Description
Design Build project. Replace existing main electrical panel and main disconnect and properly ground the electrical system. Replace (4) 100 amp sub panels with (4) new 125 amp sub panels. Install (3) 20 amp dedicated circuits to each of the rooms at project site locations per Scope of Work. This contract also includes all finish/restoration work after installation is completed. This is a design build project the awarded contractor will be required to provide/submit a complete set of engineered electrical drawings for approval. Questions are due by 5:00 PM on Aug 27th. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
