Description
The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Work includes site modifications with new sidewalks, hardscape, and stormwater management. Work includes renovating the existing lower level of the concessions building and constructing a 2,870 SF addition for a Field House. The Field House includes a slab-on-grade, bearing masonry walls, concrete roof plank and a hot fluid applied membrane roofing system with roof pavers on a roof deck pedestal system. Work includes civil, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical. 2. New sidewalks and hardscape will be installed adjacent to the Field House. 3. A construction barrier must be in place to protect school occupants from construction activities during times of occupancy. The project Substantial Completion date shall be no later than August 15, 2022. MBE goal 29%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
