ESL is seeking subcontractor bids for construction at Petco #2429, 1,797 SF at 23014 US Hwy 281, Ste 107, San Antonio TX 78258 for the following trades: Lab Testing, Final Clean, Demolition, Saw Cutting & Concrete Pour-Back, Steel Fabrication, Ornamental Metals, Steel Erection, Roof Penetrations, Millwork, Finished Carpentry, Fixturing, FRP, Doors, Glass, Drywall, ACT, VCT Flooring, Carpet, Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Wallcovering, Toilet Partitions, Toilet Accessories, Fire Extinguishers, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical & Fire Sprinkler.
