Custodial Services, Phoenix, AZ

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary trained personnel, supervision, professional uniforms with company logo, scheduling, equipment and tools, maintaining of equipment and tools, cleaning chemicals, mutually agreed upon specialty cleaning chemicals such as carpet cleaners, wax, bright work chemicals, supplies, and other accessories required to perform the custodial services at the Phoenix Convention Center facilities designated in the Scope of Work. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the conditions, provisions, standards, and specifications described herein. It is expressly understood by the Contractor that the intent of this Contract is to supply complete custodial, carpet and hard floor cleaning services for all portions of the contracted facilities. Further, the Contractor is solely responsible for the cleanliness of the facilities at all times during on-site and on-shift cleaning. Cleaning must not disrupt the functions and normal day-to-day procedures of the facilities and in no way interfere with the normal Event activity and routine of the Phoenix Convention Center or tenants, contractor, contract services, employees, or the public.
