Description
The selected provider shall provide preventative maintenance services on all equipment
and associated devices related to the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and control
systems as outlined within the specifications. The selected provider shall furnish all labor, personnel, parts, materials, test equipment, tools, and services. Insurance Required.
