ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for Tenant Improvements 4,039 SF for Veterinary Medial Group at 1727 W 22nd St, Oakbrook, IL 60181 for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Appliances, Blinds, Concrete Flooring (Includes Epoxy), Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall, Electrical, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler ,Flooring (Includes VCT, Carpet, Tile), Glass & Mirrors, HVAC, Lockers & Shelving, Painting / Wall Covering, Plumbing, Roofing, Saw Cutting & Concrete Pour Back, Signs, Tinting, Toilet Accessories, Waterproofing.
