Description
Construction includes, but it is not limited to: removal and replacement of the existing pneumatic building control system with a Direct Digital building control system. Removal and replacement of existing heating pumps with inverter rated pumps and replacing 3-way control valves with 2-way control valves. The date of Substantial Completion shall be no later than 112 calendar days after the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bonds and prevailing wages
